HTS sealing blocks are engineered for maximum protection against water, fire, gas, and electromagnetic interference (EMC).
Manufactured with high-performance elastomers and precision-molded for a perfect fit within the frame structure, these blocks ensure a reliable, pressure-tight seal around each cable or pipe. Their modular design allows for quick installation, reconfiguration, and future upgrades without compromising system integrity, making them ideal for use in safety-critical applications across marine, civil, energy, and industrial environments.
This acceptance range has been specifically developed to accommodate the dimensional deviations commonly found in cable and pipe tolerances. HTS cable and pipe tolerant blocks incorporate a controlled degree of flexibility, allowing them to adapt to variations in diameter without the need for on-site modification.
Thanks to this tolerance, each HTS tolerant block size is capable of sealing a range of cable or pipe diameters of approximately 3 to 4 mm, ensuring reliable sealing performance while simplifying the installation process.
It is the final component in the frame installation. It is positioned above the compression plate and, by tightening the compression bolts, the frame is sealed. It is available in two different widths, 60 mm and 120 mm, for both rectangular and rounded-corner frames, ensuring an optimal fit to each frame’s requirements and reliable sealing performance in every system.
This component is installed on the top row of blocks and is used to evenly distribute the pressure applied by the compression tool and compression system. By ensuring a uniform load across the sealing assembly, it contributes to correct compression, stable positioning of the blocks, and reliable sealing performance of the overall system.
