The HTS MCT System was first developed 30 years ago to meet the harsh and demanding conditions of the North Sea oil industry, where cable and pipe transits had to withstand extreme pressure, temperature, and mechanical stress while guaranteeing watertightness, gastightness, and fire resistance.
Today HTS products are installed in major projects across the marine, offshore, industrial, and civil construction sectors worldwide, engineered and manufactured to meet the same demanding standards that defined the company from the start.

Hawke Transit System (HTS) was established in March 2005, when the HTS business unit was acquired from Hawke International by Jove Group, an industrial holding company founded in 1970 and headquartered in Cantabria, Spain.
Over the past two decades, HTS has grown from a specialised sealing solutions unit into a global organisation with a presence across four continents. In 2010, HTS Asia was created in Singapore to serve the Asia-Pacific market, laying the foundation for the company’s international expansion. In 2017, HTS extended its reach into Europe with the incorporation of HTS UK, today an active operational office serving customers across the United Kingdom and beyond. Since 2020, a logistics warehouse in China has ensured fast response times for customers across Asia, complemented more recently by a dedicated commercial office in Qingdao that reflects the company’s commitment to a direct, long-term presence in the Chinese market. This same drive for proximity and service has led HTS to establish offices in Madrid and the Middle East, bringing the company’s expertise closer to two of the most active regions for marine, offshore and energy infrastructure.
